Is it a turn off/ a reason not to date for you if a girl has a “power” job?

Quality time is my love language. So long distance relationships and jobs that suck up all of her time and make us spending time together and to where the job kind of "rules" us as far as if and when we ever get to see each other and any job that requires her to be traveling without me is a relationship I wouldn't be interested in. I know I'd not be happy, I'd not be content or satisfied so it is a relationship I'd never pursue.

I don't really care what a women does... so long as it isn't something that repulses or crosses relations;hip boundaries such as stripping, camming, sex work and I don't care what she does so long as the hours aren't long hectic at odd hours and she isn't traveling for her work.

You say you work long hours. Yeah you weren't specific on what "long hours" means or if you travel a lot for your job but it sounds like a deal breaker by the way you describe it.

I don't date women that I hardly ever see and whose life value/priority system has her job as her priority in life.

Well people have a mindset about certain kind of jobs some people don't like to date doctors advocates or politicians coz they are categorized as almost regular long workers and people want to spend time around people they have in life
Moat of the celebs at least in Asia do get onto love marriage but due to high working hours and also odd hours and night shoots soon thr connection of love between the two begins to fade they mutually decide to separate and then find new partners it's been so common that many celebs now don't marry at all they just live in together and then move on

You should be happy they weeded themselves out for you. You have a power job and way to busy to deal with them anyway. They are not for you don't even try to make one of them work. If they aren't confident or somehow think that you should conform to an antiquated role based on your gender it has a near zero chance of success. Good luck though.
