Probably, but who knows? In my experience women make it pretty clear when they want to be kissed by getting close so it’s easy to just tilt your head and kiss them. If they didn’t want to be kissed at the end of the first or second date, it wasn’t likely they would accept a third date. But maybe she’s shy. If you want to kiss her butnarent sure, just ask her.
