Why would an extremely beautiful girl have trouble looking people in the eye and get very nervous?

There is this one girl that recently got hired she is extremely beautiful probably the most beautiful girl i have seen in my life. I noticed she can't look anyone in in the eye and when i got up close to her once she got extremely nervous. Im thinking she has some serious anxiety issues. What do you think?

Or she’s just EXTREMELY shy and awkward for no specific reason. My friend used to be like that, she was the most shy person ever for no reason. She would even turn all red when people spoke to her.. she eventually grew out of it and now she’s a total party animal.
