Unless you were completely uninterested then I would’ve at least talked to her first about her behavior, or at least finished the date as not to be rude. She could’ve just been nervous and unaware of her behavior or how to deal with what she was feeling. This isn’t me shaming you or anything, because if her actions were just utterly ridiculous and unacceptable then you were right to end the date before things got worse. I’m only saying that she may not have meant it..
Appreciate your POV… I wanted to be interested in her… but she’s started piling up from the beginning…really wasn’t in no mood to go out that night… lol and I was running 30 mins late.. cause of work …got there… she made me wait about 15 mins before coming down.. got in the car… asked her what music she liked.. she basically took my phone and started blasting her music…it wasn’t bad… just loud.. didn’t even give me a chance to start conversation… Had to scream over the music lol.. Went to turn it down a tad.. and she intercepted my hand.. so I was like.. okay.. I’ll go with the vibe… three songs really loud… non stop before we got the restaurant… finally sat down by the bar order a drink and she takes off to the bathroom but leaves everything on the bar… phone, purse, etc.. and the drink… and puts a napkin on it and tells me.,. “Don’t get any ideas “ like I’m some psycho…I said… you should take your drink… she doesn’t and walks away…that itself gave me a terrible vibe.. so I wait it for her to get back… hand it the drink to to bartender.. and asked him for a new one… in front of her…
Next thing she starts going off on me that she came here to have a good time and laugh.. and proceeded to advise me that I was uptight… ( I was not.. If anything I was trying to find my balance with her… ) and that if relax we MAY have a good time after all… ( note i had barely spoken with her a handful of words to know.. )
I said.. you know… you’re very right.. you’re absolutely correct… I am uptight.. because i have no idea who you are and you’ve been acting a bit irrational and elusive and I came here to have a good time just like you… but clearly this is not working out…I haven’t the single at idea where you’re coming from.. nor I’m in the mood of finding out … so this date is over… I’m going to call you an Uber to get you home safely.. I’ll walk you to your car… but im not wasting any energy with you … her face dropped.. didn’t say a word …Uber arrived promptly and she left
Yikes, that doesn’t sound like a great impression on her end. Do you think maybe she pre-games before? At your age she should not be doing that, but when I was about 26 I had a friend who was terrible at these things. She said her anxiety was bad so she’d drink a bit first before her date, but didn’t know her limit so she’d be really buzzed during the date then be so embarrassed the next day (rightfully so, that’s a terrible first impression for anyone lol). Regardless, if that’s the case then you don’t want an alcoholic or someone who can’t manage their emotions. Sounds like you made the right move though, overall.
Great job. Don’t settle and the same thing I say to the women that are disrespected on here will be the same thing I say to the men. Never settle for less. If a woman cannot reciprocate the respect you’re giving her then it’s time to give her the boot. You save yourself a lifetime of headache and it’s a blessing in disguise that she showed her true intentions on the first date.
Thank you
@wisewolf1756 You Know sometimes You are with WRONG people, it has happened with me too When I tried to get Close to Some girls of My College and then they Showed me their " TRUE COLOR "
I would say Just Move on...
Agree… I hated to take such a determined position.. I sensed some attraction.. but she tried to belittle me … and that was it
You didn't say how you were disrespected. That is a huge piece of information missing from your post.

Did she seem like the kind of girl who has been on many first dates or was she more inexperienced and perhaps still anxious about the process?
I'm trying to figure her motivation for acting this way.
Im not sure there is much to dwell on this tbh… we can postulate any possible circumstance that may have gotten her where she is … so many billions of probabilities … and possible influences that she may have gathered thought life… but at the end of the day … she acted like an a-hole… and i don’t know about you … but i have little time and patience for that… I’m a very East going person… but if there is one thing I learned in life.. Is that very few people are conscientious and emphatic enough to afford someone the opportunity to get to know them… once you give in to their demands and mistreatment… the begin to treat you worse … and disrespect you further… waste no time… the smallest hint of disrespect … you send her home
If she was acting that way because she is nervous and insecure, you can perhaps find a way to put her at ease and get beyond that initial response. . . if you want to get beyond that. If she is just a self-centered, entitled bitch, then you did more than necessary by sending her home in an Uber.

I find no fault. you were respectful enough to make sure she got home safe. when the moment she blasted the music was the sign that no matter what you said or did that night she wasn't going to engage with you. that was 1 strike and the 2nd was she saud dont get any ideas and 3rd was im here to have a good time and laugh and assuming you were uptight. all she wanted was you or someone to spend decent amount of money on them bc she thinks her shit dont stink.
You have hit it right on the nail man! Thanks
Sounds like you did the right thing AND more than needed. It was nice of you to call an Uber. Also, to recognize that you were unwilling to tolerate that behavior and put an end to it in a healthy way is impressive. You did more than the right thing, in my opinion.
I think you did well. You knew there wouldn’t be a second date, so why waste time. Plus you could be a person who accepts bad behavior and would’ve been stuck in a harmful relationship.
Thank you.. that’s exactly what I felt… have no more energy for toxics….
Great job, no need to continue to waste your time on that…
I’m curious, what did she say? I’ve had a date straight up tell me that I’m probably too dumb to understand what they do for work…🤦♀️
Thanks. She just copped a condescending attitude… like she was doing me a favor for being with me. It’s amazing how you can put someone in their place just by walking away
You made the right choice. She sounds like a mess. I laughed when I read you reaction! A straight forward honest guy is a gem. What was her reaction?
Lol. Thanks… she didn’t see it coming. Literally, she looked like she really fell out her high horse…
While waiting for the Uber. She started letting her hair loose and giving me goo goo eyes …lol… just stood firm… breathed deeply and sat there… she said do you really want me to go.. and i said.. unfortunately yes…I will walk you to the car and make sure you’re safe no worries… And that was it… thanks for asking
She was probably shit testing you. No one should put up with disrespect from anyone so you did the right thing. Just be sure to block, delete and never engage with her again. It's likely she will try to contact you in 2 days.
I'm totally confused
As to why you didn't suggest
Anal sex
😂😂
Sounds like you are straight forward and didn't waste your time. I think you did the right thing. Kudos!
Bravo for ending it with respect and class. Higher road.
You did the right thing and you were still a gentleman for calling her an uber and not leaving her talking to herself.
I don't accept people disrespecting me PERIOD... and try to show my respect for them.
Any woman who goes on a date with you should do the same. You're right for sending her packing !!!
I guess it's fine, you have no obligation to do anything you don't want to do or stick around till the end. As long as you politely ended it, I don't see what's wrong
Continue this energy in to your 70s bro. Good luck.
Absolutley, nobody should put up with disrespect like that.
You're 41. You don't waste your time with arrogant sluts and that's a good thing.
Good for you! You don't need to put up with that. Hopefully she was humbled a bit.
GOOD FOR YOU BROTHER!!!
Thanks brother. She’ll think about it twice next time she tries to go toxic on a dude.
I say"Bravo, Bravo" your the man
And no man should put with being disrespected from a babe
Well you're 41 so I don't know what that's all about, this sounds like a high school issue, but yes, if a girl is disrespectful, just walk out and leave her with the bill.
Round of applause! Now, for all men to do the same!
Perfectly reasonable. What did she say?
Why even bother paying for her Uber?
Men will be men 😆
What happened?
Condescension and arrogance… thought she was doing me a favor…a woman like that only wants one thing.. to belittle you and then spit you right out… they prey on good men to convince themselves of their own value…you allow them one inch and they’ll take everything… Sayonara baby
What happened?
Not how you feel and think
You did the right thing!
You don't have to deal with a bad attitude
You did the right thing.
I would not have bought her an Uber
You did well, even to the end
Good for you brother
Good on you!
Cool
Props. Good job!
