Ok, so I met this guy online and after a couple of days he asked me out on a date. The date was nice. At first we had a walk in the park. We went to a cafe because I told him I was feeling cold. While we were sitting in a cafe, I was shaking a bit because of feeling cold, so I’m sure the guy decided that I was uncomfortable with him. Plus, I was a bit shy. During our date, he was holding my hands. He even gave me a goodbye kiss on the cheek. I thought everything was great, but 7 days passed and he did not invite me to the second date (although after the date I thanked him for the great evening). Today he unfollowed me on Instagram. It made me feel more insecure about myself.

Awh man. It sounds like a combination of not communicating and him being an ass. Not communicating because he probably decided you were uncomfortable around him. Him being an ass because he ghosted you. I would be a bit upset too if it happened to me. All we could do now is just let it go anx find an even better man.

It sounds like cause you where shy he might have gotten the wrong impression. If you have his contact info try reaching out to him and take it from there

No, we just added each other on Instagram. At the end of the date, by the way, I gave him a hint that I don’t mind meeting again. Also, texted him the day after and thanked for a lovely date. I think maybe if he was interested, he would have texted me to meet up again after I thanked him.

Definitely got the wrong impression, it’s happened to me lots of times. It’s life you have to learn from it
