The reason I ask and have a tendency to wonder is because a lot of people i meet at work have had kids at my age maybe at like 20-22 or i guess a very young age? But i haven't found the right guy yet because nobody has matched my values with loyalty and commitment and most guys only want hook ups even though I've seemed to make it clear i want more. I also wanna be a mother someday and people say im still young but i just have that fear It won't happen..

I ask you this question though, how many of those people you met at work that have kids at that age are truly happy about it? And how many of them are still with the person who is the father of those kids.
Many people get pregnant because they are careless an then marry the father because it's seen as the right thing to do, others just settle because they fear being left behind.
Just because other people have done it doesn't mean it's the correct thing to do, maybe some of them got lucky and found the one early but many people don't find someone, or even know who the right type is for them until they are older and more mature with some life experience under their belt.
At least you sound like you have an idea of the type of person you want to be with, which is more than can be said for most.
You are still young and have more than enough time. We only get one shot at life, make sure your decisions are the right ones.

people who have kids too early in life do not tend to have an education or any real career goals. Most young modern people nowadays are having kids later because they want to work on their education and career so they end up having enough money to support a family. Those who do not build themselves will only find themselves struggling once they get older.

I mean that is a question only you can answer because many people would say you are better off the way you are and some will say you are behind, and some will say your time will come. So don't base your life on other people's lives. It really depends on what YOU want, do you want to have kids or not? do you want a family or not? Only you can set that parameter! Also, it could be that your expectations are high, if people don't meet your qualities is because they are high because if someone did fit that standard you most likely don't fit there's and that's normal.

At 23 I had no kids as my daughter wasn't born until 24 but people are getting married later these days to.
