Is weird to be 27 years old and not have girlfriend, married, or have kids? Do most find it odd that I'm on the daily grind?

A couple of my older co workers were surprised that I was still single it was just funny to me. They were telling that by my age they started families and gotten married by 22. I was damm that's crazy lol

No, it's not weird. It is becoming a common trend with young men. As men get older they accumulate personal value by investing in themselves to include finances, fitness, career, etc.

I know you are a late bloomer man, I was too. You may be late to the dating game, but you still have time to build yourself up and play that field too. Figure out your values, boundaries, passion and purpose. You have that in line, you will do just fine. Your time on earth is finite, so use every second of it being the best man you can and doing what brings you happiness and meaning.

It’s normal now because without a large majority of young adults being monogamous it is way more difficult to find a girlfriend. Don’t worry, your odds improve in your 30s if you have some things going for you. As for the daily grind, unless you are independently wealthy what would you expect? It’s the norm.

Depends on your life goal and career. Are you going to school/getting better career? No it’s fine to be single with no kids. Do you want to get better job or education? It’s better to not have kids. Are you not doing anything and happy with your life? Then have kids.

That's where I'm at. I'm not losing sleep over the "no kids" thing but being single is getting old.
