Depends on what you mean by bad ass. Both my mother and grandmother are strong women in their own right. My grandmother was the kind of woman that fixed fences and tossed hay bales on a farm. The last thing a woman wanted to do around her was complain about breaking a nail or put on a lot of make up when running into town for a groceries or something else. My mother raised two kids while dealing with cancer. So they are the kind of women that are going to help the men in their life deal with big issues instead of sit back and watch him do all the heavy lifting.

people, men in paticular are normally intimidated and its very odd, a badass doesn't mean you are nasty or cut throat. you just know how to handle yourself and intense situations that many can't. i grew up in a rough section been through some tough tough things, drive in demo derbies, was in a shooting and work as a PN in healthcare but im intimidating ooooo whoa is me, that i can't be dainty

What is considered badass?
If it’s just shooting guns, then yeah. I always find it cool when I see other women out shooting or doing traditionally “masculine”
activities. It’s always good for women to know how to at least handle and use a firearm just in case

It depends. If they are brusque and rough and aggressive in speech then and have screw face on, no. You can scare the crap out of people with a feminine smile on your face.

But if they have a dignified and inviting presence with obvious boundaries but still act and move like a woman then yes, that is so attractive to me.

Like, I want her to be my homie.

For example, she can slaughter and skin a sheep without messing up her manicure and has her hair wrapped up so when its time to eat the sheep her hair looks fabulous at the dinner table.

Or once when I had three workmen screaming in my face about some bricks. Once they were done yelling, I calmly reiterated what they wouldn't be doing and what I wanted done. They did an amazing job, too!

I find badass women very attractive. My wife works hard at work and at home. She is a loving mother. She adores our 4-year-old grandbaby. She is always doing for other. She also gets worked up and needs me sometimes. When we are both off she likes to just relax with me or spend time with family. She is my total badass. (oh, she can't shoot a gun for shit even thought she has shot a fully automatic MP5. She doesn't climb mountains because she had knee surgery. She hasn't been on a 4-wheeler, side-by-side, bike in over a decade.) She is always there for our family and that makes her one bad bitch in my book.

I've met a lot of cool women but never really met any women I'd consider badass.

But you gotta understand I've met and spent my life around a lot of actual badass and exemplary people so it kind of takes a lot for me to consider you on that level. And frankly most people just don't meet that standard.

Plus I'm not really fan of really masculine women I prefer more traditional n feminine women with certain qualities and or masculine qualities.

That doesn't mean a woman can't be cool and genuinely amazing but I've never really met any in real life I'd consider on that level.

Hollywood lied to women, those simps in movies that like bad ass women are not masculine men in reality. Only a simp would find her attractive because she can protect him

I don't have to be sexually attracted to you to be inspired by you. The two are relatively separate things.

Kinda like how a lot of girls don't find super muscle action heroes to be the most attractive, but can find them awesome nonetheless. Kinda like Arnold in his Conan days.

I don't find Sarah Connor or Ripley all that *attractive*. I'm not into muscley women. But that doesn't mean I don't find them totally badass.

Yes, but an emphasis on the "actual". I've known actual badasses like bouncers and soldiers and professional fighters and they're usually extremely fun people with a big sense of humor. They don't need to take most things very seriously because they don't perceive threats everywhere. It's very rare that I find women like this. I think most are trying too hard. The ones that don't though with a big sense of humor and thick skin are very attractive to me.

I'm attracted to woman who can throw down when the situation requires it. Who'll fight for what's right, who will fight for her kids, who will fight for her partner etc.

I found Sarah Conner in T2 FAR more attractive than T1, mostly because I went through that transformation from naive, optimistic to bad ass don't give a fuck myself as people pushed me every time I tried to buy into fantasies about life.

I like a woman with strength - cowardice in anyone is unattractive to me - I dig into people who are cowards until they toughen up and face me, or whatever issue, head on, and don't take any crap from anyone.

One of my good friends is 135 lbs and lifts over 400 lbs. If you ask me, that is totally badass and extremely attractive. I find strong women attractive, whether the strength is emotional, physical, mental, and it's that strength that usually typifies a woman as badass.

Yup.. I find captain Janeway incredibly hot. Same with Sigourney weaver from alien. And a number of others. There are several characters who's only trait is "I'm a female badass" several movies like that too, and the vast majority of them flopped.
