Proceeding with someone you've known for a while?

I've known this girl for 3.5 years, we met through Instagram and have been very good friends since.

I've liked her for about a year, but never told her, and casually dated during the period.

I've decided I want to go for her.

Background: we didn't speak for 3 months due to a fight, and again for 1.5, but she kept checking up on me and repaired our bond.

After a recent fight, I told her I really liked her. She replied that she wants to meet.

We meet, but we didn't mention the message at all. She said meeting was intellectually stimulating.

She mentioned about the guys she had spoken with and what had happened, made fun of them together.

We've been chatting pretty much for hours, have playlists together and share a prime too.

After the message, she's been more keen to meet in person that before, and calls me up without asking too.

Is that a sign she's into me, but wants to take it slow?
