Met a girl on a dating app. Lots of messages but refuses to meet in person?

So i have been messaging this girl and everything was going really well. Until i asked to meet her then she makes an excuse to delay any meeting for a month. She says she wants to take things slow. I am fine with that. but surely a coffee date isn't rushing?

As soon as I stop talking about meeting, everything is great again.
I dont want to waste my time. So what gives?

I get it she’s probably nervous but delaying things by a month is a lot to ask especially if you’re trying to get to know someone. I think if she’s not giving an incredible good reason for skipping coffee dates then you should put your attention towards other women for now.

sounds pretty common for those aps , people sometimes don't want to actually meet up. i'm not sure what to suggest as your request to meet does not seem unreasonable. but if she's obviously not into i wouldn't keep pressuring her about it rate now

It's one of three things:
-she's socially awkward/introverted/shy/anxious or nervous
-she's not taking things seriously/not that interested
-she's lying about something

Let's hope it's the first one.
