I'm not up tight about sex. I don't have to envision marriage a woman before I'll engage in sex with her. I just have to like her.

I'm a gentleman. I don't push sex on women. But if we have really good chemistry, are physically attracted to each other, and she wants to have sex with me after two or three dates, I'm more than ready as long as I sense that she is interested in a committed relationship, not just a hook up. I want mutual infatuation. I really like that kind of passionate desire.

There have been times when the girl and I had already been friends for a while, like from work or because we hung out in the same circles, developed an attraction, and wound up in a relationship without even going on a formal date first. I either invited her to my place or she invited me to hers.

If I asked someone out that I didn't know and she wanted sex on the first date, I would be suspicious that she was too free with sex to be a good partner for me. I'd figure that she had sex with every guy who asked her out. So I might fuck her, but I might not consider her relationship material.

I did on the first date with my wife as well as some of my exes but we were friends before we started dating. In Japan, we usually don't date complete strangers. I never tried online dating, for example. If I did, I would want to take a good deal of time even if the chemistry was strong since I want to become friends first, and maybe even avoid dating first and just call it like hanging out (maybe even invite her to spend time together with my other friends).

I didn’t have sex until around 6 months in the relationship. That would’ve been our millionth date lol.

MANY DATES. 6 months. With a long distance relationship where we barely saw each other in person a year. My only one time experience with a one nighter was a nightmare and so I'll never repeat that mistake again.
