Why he blocked me after saying he likes me too much? Why was he so cruel? Will he come around?

I was talking with this guy for a long time. We were in a long distance situation and never met yet but always planned. He multiple times told me he liked me last time I confessed him that I like him as well. We had an kinda emotional talk. I've never felt this coming because we were good. Maybe I was too emotional for him. What do you guys think? Will he come around?
