Yes and no.

I mean obviously you gonna look more masculine if you step out of a say pickup truck or a classic car then if you stepped out of a say Volkswagen or a Gremlin. Two of the ugliest cars ever made by man.

But I also think the way you dress and your lifestyle kinda affect what you drive or should at least be more in line with each other.

And certain vehicles will attract certain kinds of women as all niches do.
