Just move on there are other men out there. Do you mean he is judging you for your job/career? Just move on he isn't worth your thought or time. Hopefully by that time you would have found someone else and not even think about him.

I had a guy do this to me in college. He ghosted me for no reason at all leading up to one summer and it was the one time I really was struggling and needed a friend. I didn’t get an internship that summer and felt like a failure. Anyway, several years later he reached out and wanted to get back in touch and be friends again. And now I’m successful making 150K+ as a software engineer at a leading firm, am in the best shape of my life, and am so happy. I just dropped him.
Life tip, regardless of gender, do not ever take someone who isn’t there for you during your lowest points. There are people who care about you no matter your status in life. More than anything become your own best friend. Love and own who you are. Remember that.
