The reason I don’t believe it is because this is not what I witness. I go to car shows so I know. I am a car enthusiast so this is my experience and girls are claiming the opposite here. It’s suspicious.

I don't know. Some of the dudes are pulling in 9/10 girls when they are 5s themselves but have an exotic car. But the thing is I am fine with my basic Honda because a girl will date me for who I am and not my car at least. I was thinking of taking out a civic type r to get a girlfriend but now I see that view might not even be realistic due to this poll
Majority of girls care at most that you have a driving license and take care of your things (so your car is not a total piece of shit that poses danger to you and everyone around). But there is a minority of men and women who value material things over anything else and those who are just super into cars who will be really impressed by a car specifically. Personally I don't know a single girl who ever expressed an interest in going to a car show... I'd almost say you'd have a better luck with a cute dog. Not only do women like those but also, it shows the guy is caring and responsible.
If the car implies you'll be a good provider long term or have the means to amuse her short term (or the car is cute), I guess they'll be interested.
I definitely got laid more when I drove a cool car back in the day.

The funny thing is those men don't even buy trucks for what they were meant to be used for. They just buy them because they are big. It's not even about hobbies really. It's more of their attitude as a truck driver that people don't like. At least from the ones I know and met, I can say they have huge egos and for some reason believe they are above other men who don't drive or have a truck. It's only those truck drivers. The other ones that use them to carry tools and haul, I don't have a problem with because its a good reason why to have a truck. Those are the working men.
