Every girl is going to be a bit different, some will have a really hard tume during their period and just want to be left alone with their got water bottle and bar of chocolate.

Others not so much, and others can be ultra horny and want more sex. My ex wife was like that, she wanted more sex during those few days than the rest of the month put together, and she got it.

Buy her period supplies, learn her preferred ways to deal with it, and maybe offer to do chores that might add to her pain (some people find being active during helps, others can't move).

Us women can be similar but we can also be different some girls experience no mensural cramps and no cravings and some experience the worst menstrual cramps, Some want ice cream on the periods and some want nothing at all it's different for every woman so it's better to ask your girlfriend what she wants.

It depends on my mood because a lot of the time I just want to be alone. But sometimes I want cuddles or to have him give me a foot or back massage. He has brought me food like soup or sushi which was great.
