It’s clear that the boyfriend didn’t like what was going on and that this guy talking to the girlfriend wasn’t just trying to be friendly or innocent.

I’m not sure why this woman just let this go on despite seeing that the whole situation wasn’t having a positive effect on her boyfriend and that she is taken and the guy is clearly trying to hit on her.

She is trying to figure him out and his behaviour but she may stand on her morals when he tries to cross the limits with her. Her boyfriend reaction is perfect too and he didn't like it. It's never fine to sleep with someone else while being in a relationship or dating. I never said that. If she's entertaining him just for attention and not more than the intention of cheating, she might just be playing with this new guy's feelings and not in the intention to deceive her boyfriend but she might be liking the attention that she is getting from him but whatever, she was supporting her boyfriend when her boyfriend interrupted the conversation by speaking up in between. There also might be a possibility that this she and this new guy might be just pranking on her boyfriend to notice his reactions as these days many people are interested in doing prank videos for creating contents on YouTube. You can check out YouTube for prank videos like this. You will find many. It might be similar to that. If that's the reason, we can't consider the girl or boy wrong but it's never suggested to play with someone's feelings or to make her boyfriend insecure too. I agree with that

I actually wonder if it's a video recorded for the purpose of a prank video or else a real one. If it's a real situation, I agree with whatever you said that even flirting while being in relationship with someone else might not be a good idea. But if this video is recorded for the purpose of making it as a prank videos such as the videos that you watch for fun on YouTube, then it might be acceptable but still it makes her boyfriend uncomfortable so it can be avoided.
