Which boy should I select out of these both?

There are 2 guys loving me. One guy, he is in situationship with me since 3 years. He doesn't want me to be with any other guy but he never provides me the love, attention, care that I need and he always expects all the from me. Even if I don't give these to him, he stays loyal to me without dating or seeing any other girl nor he doesn't want me to date any other guy but he never initiates the conversations, love topics with me but always expects me to take the lead. There is this second guy who gives me lot of attention, love, care but I know him only from past 6 months. But this second guy always initiates everything. The problem is both of them loves me. Which boy should I select?

You have answered your own question. You want a guy who can provide the attention, care, and love that you want. The situationist guy has not shown those attributes. I think the scale is tilting in favour of the second guy.
