Girls, I want to meet (in person) with a woman I met online. How can I express my interest without being overly pushy?

I met her on Reddit, got her personal phone number (but no real first name yet, for privacy reasons), and I really enjoy our conversations. We currently live in different states. I hope to meet this woman in person, preferrably later this year. I can certainly understand why a woman would be cautious about doing something like that.

How would you recommend that I encourage the idea of meeting without in person without seeming overly pushy?

I think before suggesting it outright as it may spook her off, start with other steps that increase your guys connection - sharing real life pictures, like even what you had for dinner or your cat type of thing, video chat, etc. Things that would make meeting up seem like the natural next step to take
