Why do women text you late at night then don’t respond?

So I used to talk to a girl a couple months back. We went out on a couple of dates and that was it. Nothing serious and nothing sexual. I somewhat ghosted her not for any particular reason just wasn’t feeling her but I would still comment on some of her IG stories. Nothing flirty just like laughing emojis or things like that. Well lately she has texted me randomly about 3 times and when I respond, no reply. Last night I got a random flirty message from her at 1:30 in the morning. I was asleep because I replied back this morning and nothing. Is there a reason she’s doing this? 🙄

Have you ever noticed how late at night we are most vulnerable emotionally and sexually? Maybe she sees you as a possible dating or sexual option. She was probably feeling lonely or horny and decided to contact you in a moment of weakness. This was done "against her better judgement" and so in daytime the idea isn't so appealing.
