I've recently stopped speaking to a guy after texting him daily for a while and I don't know if it was the right desicion i was always the one to text first but he always reponded the last time i tried to text him (a couple of weeks ago) he liked my messages instead of actually responding and has been distancing himself by giving one worded responses and i havn't contacted him since but he still carries on viewing my story first when i post. should i go back to contacting him again he normally exsessively teased me but I don't know if i should carry on or proceed with my healing I've been doing. Plus i should add he knows i like him and has been blowing hot and cold with me.

Was i being used as an ego boost?

Everytime i've tried to initiate for us to hangout he finds excuses as to why he can't so i stopped asking because i felt like i was being too pushy

I dont really know i think it was because some part of me felt like because he didn't straight up reject me and say he didn't like me i still had a chance.
