He's the definition of manly. He's tall, strong and confident. He can defend himself, install a shelf, change oil in a car, fix a broken pipe, and he fixed my table that was rocking. One time my friends and I went to a cabin in the woods and he chopped wood and made a fire and rotisseried chicken on it. To top it off, he can carry on an intelligent conversation. I was in the same room as him, and I pretended to tie my hair, and stretch back so my shirt lifted to see what he would do. He walked by me and lightly touched my belly and I was so flattered, it's like he knew I was trying to get him to notice. I made up a story about a guy who was following me and asked him to give me a ride home and stay with me for a bit, and he did. I knotted my shirt at the front and sat next to him with my back and belly exposed and he was calm and cool about it. He said he needed to go and he asked me "sure you're going to be ok?" in a deep voice and I said sure. He gave me a hug and left. I felt safe with him around. He asked me out yesterday and I'm so excited. What should I do on the date?
