I've tried online and irl. No matter what I do they mostly randomly drop off the face of the planet right in the middle of a conversation (the rest drop me if I don't pay them a massive sum of money).

I wouldn't mind it as much if this was just a couple of them but this is really starting to become a pattern. I have no idea what I am doing wrong and I don't think I was ever rude to them.

Every time I attempt, I start to get more and more comfortable with the idea of remaining single. This is beyond frustrating.

I started with a far more positive attitude. The problem is I actually expect the interest to go somewhere without cutting out for no damn reason. I would be more than happy to accept a connection ending if there was a reason for it so I can at least get something out of it.

I should have gone in expecting nothing that way I won't be disappointed when it inevitably fails despite my best efforts.

I have been in aggressive dating mode, and in the past 3 months, I've only had 1 date.
