I can tell you many reasons why I would make a hard pass, but I will a spare you the details. For one I do not like the smell of smoke and smoke can cause lung cancer and I do not want to be putting a position where my spouse dies cuz of lung cancer and not only does it also give you lung cancer gives you a really bad lungs or you can barely breathe. I for one would never date somebody that smokes everyday every single day and that is addicted to that type of chemicals cuz not only is it bad for your health but it's not good for the People's health and it's really not good for the Earth as well.

If they smoked regularly, yes. If it is occasional, then probably. Still a hard pass. I would have to REALLY like them to date them even if it is occasional. I simply cannot stand the smell of smoke.

In the past I was so against smoking and tbh I still am.
But the guy I'm with makes a conscious effort to chew mints and not smoke around me.
He said he's going to quit in October, he used to smoke the mj and has cut that out.
I've kind of set him a little challenge by saying I don't think he will. But it's just me setting the bar, to ignite his competitive streak.
He's determined and wants to impress me so I know he'll try.
When he does I will praise the hell out of him.

No to tobacco smokers. Been there done that. Whenever I've been with a smoker, they'll stop smoking to win me over and once they have me they start again. Then they'll do it outside or another room so I don't have to inhale it. Then shortly after they stop caring and do it in the same room as me. So done with people like that and happy to say it.

I don't mind if they smoke weed occasionally, but I prefer if they stick with edibles.

No. Smoking is a hard deal breaker. The other deal breakers include (but are not limited to) nose rings, tattoos, unnatural hair colours, body hair below the neck and, of course, being a Democrat.

I dated a few girls that smoked/. One in particular smoked a lot. It never really bothered me. I think it might affect my decision about marriage however. The long term effects are not pleasant and besides it is getting really expensive.

All the guys I’ve dated have been a smoker in one way or another, even though I’ve never tried smoking even once. My current boyfriend used to smoke but he stopped and switched to nicotine free vapes lol
