That doesn't bother me, and often looks much better than sculpted abs or seeing jutting ribs, especially if her boobs are big.

Obesity where you get flab, folds, sagging, or lose the hourglass shape, that sort of stuff is gross to me, as is the skin and bones look, or the buff look, but a slight tummy is fine.
