there's a supervisor at my job who isn't ny direct supervisor but he is one of the supervisors there. Ever since i walked on the job, i couldnt help but notice how good looking he is. I can't help but want to comment on it. Its not like i want to ask him out. But I have given 2 weeks notice to this job already. I just want to let him know how handsome he is and make his day. I dont think he realizes it.

If he's really as handsome as you say he is, then chances are he probably gets told he's good looking by women already, so it won't really be news to him.

As for whether or not it's sexual harassment, I've yet to see a man file a sexual harassment report against a woman at a workplace, unless he was already taken, was really uncomfortable when it happened, or the women deliberately pushed herself onto him, so much so, he didn't have any other choice but to restrain her using legal means.

And even then, the sad reality is that it's usually the women who turn up victorious at the end most of the time, because all they have to do is flip the blame and say something like "he came onto me first" or "he forced me to do it with him" or some lie like that. Contrary to popular belief, for every single man that walks this earth, it's guilty until proven innocent for us, and just a mere accusation like this is enough to cost us our career, house, family, relationships etc.

Anyways, just don't be creepy about it or give him any mixed signals when and if you decide to tell him the obvious. Chances are, he'll probably just laugh it off and thank you for the compliment, but you'll probably make his day, so there is that.

The boss might possibly involved with that woman himself and they might definitely have something going on for each other, no doubt. As I said, no normal guy who loves his wife and cares for his family would ever let anything like this slide and would immediately pull the brakes on anything he doesn't want himself getting into.

Job-wise, sexual harassment is generally power-based or man-to-woman. I’ve never heard of a case of a female subordinate being held accountable.
