Are snap chat messages promiscuous?

My girlfriends ex from 6 years ago still texts her through snap Chat every few months about anime and random stuff...

I'm thinking why is she keeping this guy in her contacts... he used her to cheat on his girlfriend and things ended badly.

Sometimes my girlfriend shows me something on her phone, and I see the Snapchat notification with this guy and it gets me anxious and down.

Any help?

If she’s not hiding it from you I would assume it’s innocent on her part. If he’s checking in now and again there’s no harm in catching up. It’s understandable if you’re uncomfortable with it and maybe she doesn’t realise this? Have you spoke about it?
