Does this guys snapchat behavior mean anything?

So I added this cute guy on snapchat and he added me back. He then snapped me immediately after i added him. I snap him back and he doesn't respond. But he continuously snaps me first. He also does it shirtless while flexing. What does this all mean? He also frequently makes eye contact with me and fixing his hair.

oke so im gonna be direct... he's a player otherwise he wouldn't do it shirtless and ignoring you... be careful and don talk to him... while he ignored you he talked to others and probably did the same with them just as with you...

Like I mean it would make sense except I go to a pretty small school and I feel like I would know if he were doing it to other girls. It's just very confusing because everyone I talk to that knows him says I should go for him but then he does this...
