Women, assuming everything else equal, which in general do you prefer?

Men with gray hair or salt and pepper mixed

No hair/bald

If all other things are the same, meaning that their character, personality and intellect is compatible with mine and that they are the kind of person that is what I am seeking in a person, then it does not really matter whether the person has gray/grey hair or is bald.

Those external features are not relevant to me because I don't place any importance on looks.

Now, if you include the DNAs in the whole context, then a person with grey/gray hair has a small advantage over the one without hair or is balding. If you want to get to the nitty-gritty, then I would chose the gray/grey haired person just because the likelihood of the offspring have better odds to keep their hair.

For a number of men, having hair is important and I would not want my offspring to have to be anxious and worried about their hair (or lack thereof) later in life.

The color doesn't concern me all that much. But if you are balding to the point where styling it nicely is impossible the bald look is way better
