Typical young person replies 😉 thanks guys. However I’m looking for some more enlightened answers from those with more life experience and honesty 🙂

I'll assume you're referring to behavior. I know for me it's because my ex sends mix signals as to the nature of her visits (we're still on good terms and friendly) so it's frustrated me on more then one occasion.

Another reason is feeling used for xyz purposes, not just sex, but for more mundane things like asking to hang out, but asking for a ride to a doctor's appointment (that happened to me).

So realizing my ex had more interest in stuff I could do for her than with her (such as watch movies, gaming etc...) I pretty much stopped talking to her and when she contacts me I keep it short (we have to stay in touch due to shared financial obligations, for now.)

Also she tends to want to debate more than converse.

So I know my answer was a bit personal and detailed, but

TL;DR
1. Mix signals.
2. Feeling used.
3. Combative.

Wisdom, it’s not the quantity but quality. What you learn from it etc. Older people will get this more.
