Best friend now hooking up - maybe might end up dating this guy who I used to hook up with?

We slept together twice and I low key got my feelings hurt out of it as he only wanted to hook up and I liked him more. So I stopped because it was not good for the ego and now I have a boyfriend. Now my best friend has been sneakily hooking up with him and always waiting for me to leave places and inviting him. She says she didn’t do it intentionally and is sorry but really likes him. On one hand I know I need to get over it and be happy for her but on the other hand this is the second time she has done this to me. Keep in mind my best friend and I have been together since kids and we now 21. I think it’s maybe a jealousy thing on her part. But it makes me feel insecure as why he choose her over me in a way. I think it’s breaking girl code and she only just told me and when I said I was uncomfortable with it she looked very apologetic so I left as I wanted to process it. As soon as I left she goes and sees him same with the night after this, she waits till I leave to hook up with him. She clearly does not care about my feelings which is more upsetting to me. Am I being over dramatic that I am upset with her?
