College women are typically in their early 20's , so you could reasonably date them. However, they will almost certainly have dated others before you. You are searching for a unicorn. There are very few women old enough for you to date that have never dated. Multiply that by the fraction that will be attracted you and vice versa and you are probably down to a very small number. Your best bet would be to advertise widely online. How picky are you?

ass long as you are at least 18 (you are1) and they are, there is no "cut-off age". I had a very nice love affair when I was 18 with my 29-year-old English professor.
