It's DELIBERATELY non specific. Women do this when they want to talk more to a guy (maybe she has an interest in you) but she words it this way so she can deny it at anytime if she wants and say she didn't have any interest in you and say "that was all in your head". It's just the way women operate. Women never want to risk anything... ever.
