Is this message a red flag?

So the guy I've been seeing for a while messagese this after I said I think we're having sex too fast we've been talking for almost a month now.

The message:

'Get real child i was the one who decided u didn't have to do it but I never asked what you would like,

THAT IS WHY I ASKED

I never had to say a word forget I did'

We have an 15 year age gap. he typed it exactly like that.

If I understand what he's trying to say (and I'm not sure that I do understand)... then yes this is a red flag.

It seems to read: "It was me who decided you didn't have to have sex. But I did try to ask what you would like. I didn't have to though. (implying it doesn't matter what you'd like at the end of the day?)

But I'm NOT confident that am understanding what he is trying to say here. How do you read this?

(I can definitely help you... if you can translate for me. His words are unclear to me)

If YOU are as unclear as I am about what the hell he meant... you need to ask him.

That's a red flag. He us treating you like a literal child. And is blaming everything on you. Remove him out of your life
