On the surface I would say you're correct. However, a relationship built on what you described doesn't last very long or if it does its riddled with affairs, distrust and secrets. The real question to me is what is considered "peak value"? I admire an intelligent woman (Intelligent people overall) and a woman who is overall compatible with me. I've had supermodel gorgeous women who are easy 9/10 and it didn't mean anything because the relationship couldn't go anywhere due to the differences.

I dont agree mostly because a man's value is nothing to do with his age.

Women are attracted to wealth and status and a man could have this at any point or no point in his life.

There are other things like height which he would always either have or not have.

So it is simply a complete nonsense to link age to male attractiveness, its simply nothing to do with it.
