How many dates should you go on before dating?

We've hung out once but it wasn't a date we are planning our first actual date we've been talking for 3 or 4 months

I look at quality and not time passages. And I look at hours and not meetup numbers. If the date is 6 hours and happens during a good hour, I think 2 is enough.
