What am I doing wrong?

I’m always positive and a nice person, but I haven’t had a guy crush on me for over a year. What am I doing wrong? Am I just unattractive or do I just have to hang tight and wait for someone?

You're young and lots of guys your age are more interested in sports than girls. Don't worry... in a few years, you'll have your choice of guys. Just be patient... and be yourself.

Just wait, I got my first girlfriend at 20, there's no specific time for finding a person, it just happens and crushes you barely ever find out about them, doesn't mean they aren't there cause most people don't share their emotions

You're not doing anything wrong. Remember that guys your age are less mature than girls the same age. They're not necessarily noticing girls yet. They will soon take notice of you.
