Set the time to the event. I. e. go to top golf at night and hiking during the day. If you have chemistry you can make any event work, but in general I'd recommend an activity based event such as mini golfing.
Night drive in the country, just chilling and listening to good music. That sort of thing is my favorite way to unwind and relax. Talk between songs and get to know each in a super chill way like that. That's how I fell in love.
