This is a screenshot of an answer to someone else's question regarding why he gets rejected all the time. I'm curious if this "standard" method is what you girls are expecting.
I will list out the keywords his answer has.
- Gym/workout/can't be a fat slob
- Finances
- Social skills
- "Top-tier men"
Can't it be a man who is,
- Not working out/out of shape, but still healthy
- Still working out the finances
- An introvert
- Not so "top-tier" to a socially accepted level, but still satisfied with life
I'm just curious. Let me know your thoughts.

Your interpretation of the list is incorrect. In context, she is speaking to a specific person. To that specific person she is saying:
- dont be a fat slob
- improve your social skills
- improve how you manage your finances
- dont be mediocre
Being a fatty is obviously a turn off for most people in our culture.
Being an introvert has nothing to do with social skills levels. That's why they're social "skills", not social "talents".
An adult who can't or won't provide for themselves is obviously undesirable.
And yeah, every person wants the best quality person they can get.
there's nothing wrong with being on the come up as long as you dont abandon the one who was there with you from the start. But being on the come up is more of a teen and 20s thing. By 30, the guys and girls are expected to have stayed in shape, maintain stable income, and be an ambivert

yes. That is ultimately up to the woman.
