When is he committed and loyal to you?

In my experience I talked to a man but I found out he cheated all the time and was very open about it to me. As if it didn't hurt him and thought he could normalize it.
I just don't get that kind of men think he can commit and be loyal to someone.

That's why I ask this question.
When do you know for sure when a man you like is committed and loyal to you?

One doesn't know until one knows. One has to roll with it and trust.

You trust that he is/know that he is until he proves otherwise. Otherwise you live in a dark place of distrust and trying to prove/disprove everything and overthinking and second guessing.
