Signs he has a girlfriend/wife?

I have been to his place but only twice and early in the morning. I've been in his car and while he keeps it in such a way that I don't think there's another woman in his life, the mat on the passenger side is a bit dirty indicating that someone else could have sat there on several occasions. He's very clean in my opinion teeth, hair nails etc I'm not sure if that's because he's single or because there is a women telling him he needs to be. I straight up asked him and he said no but I saw a popsicle stick from the hospital that said women's health on it and now I'm wondering if he is using me. Granted I have no idea how a popsicle stick would even come from the hospital but I don't want to be a homewrecker. But how did that stick get there?

Being kempt doesn't mean anything. Not all guys are slobs who don't care about their hygiene. I feel gross too when my nails are too long or my teeth are fucked. That's not exclusive to women lol.

Now, as far as that popsicle stick... maybe he has a sister or a female friend he gave a ride to the hospital to.

If he does have a girlfriend or a wife, you'll notice he's very particular about when and where he can see you. He might cancel plans often or change the date last minute. Trying to hide an affair is no easy task. You'll feel put on the back burner fairly quickly if you're his mistress

He told my he only has a brother He has cancelled plans last minuet before but he said it was due to work. As far as time goes he wanted to meet up early because ''he likes to start his day early'' we were hanging out one time he had to get home to ''feed his cats'' it was almost 8:00 the other time he had to ''talk to his son at around 8:30.

Ok, yeah. That's starting to sound a bit like something's going on.
I can't say for sure, but leaving you to go "feed his cat" and always having to get back around 8:00 is definitely suspicious.
Everyone has responsibilities, but they'll typically make time for someone they're seeing or ask you to do it with them.

Again, I can't say for sure, but with all that it sounds like he might have a wife or a girlfriend.
