When I was a teenager and during my early years in college, I dated a few guys that were aspiring rappers/hip hop artist, and it's safe to say my mother did not approve at all 😅

I wouldn't object to her dating someone just because of their profession as long as it was a legal one. What would matter most to me is that they treated her with respect. There is always the risk that forbidding someone from dating someone will have the opposite effect.
