I work with this girl who never shows up to meetings and constantly gaslights me. Should I call her out?

She never shows up to things. I actually quit at one point to take care of some personal things and came back later, but she FaceTimes me and tells me I “bailed” and it seemed like she wanted me to come back so that she could travel. She missed tons of meetings (we work remote) and made excuses each time. When she did show up for meetings she was really annoying and made the meetings drag on longer. She also turned down all my ideas. I’m incredibly pissed and annoyed with her — how do I convey this or do I just forget her?

It’s a non profit. So we’re not paid. It’s outside of work type of work

I would restrain as she is pushing your button just to get you to act like a fool so that she can get away with the things she is doing. You become the unreliable clown whose opinion or judgment can not be trusted.

You may consider opening a file with brief descriptions and a "no action needed at this time but want to make you aware". That will turn the place on its head so be ready for that reaction probably against you.

Unless you are her supervisor or the one paying her, don't bother. This is not your problem but if you confront her and she complains about it you will have your own problems.
