There's someone I don't really get along with at work. I make it clear I don't wanna talk: keep my earbuds in, avoid eye contact, don't talk to them at all, don't say hi to them etc.. Anyways she still will comment on things or keep talking even after I made it super clear I don't wanna talk even if I don't say anything back.
Why would someone act this way?
sometimes people don’t recognise hints of people not wanting to talk to them. It’s probably best to tell them privately even if it’s uncomfortable, bc I don’t think she will stop if u don’t say something-
Did you tell her you don't want to talk to her? Because if you didn't, how is she supposed to know. Maybe she is just trying to be nice to her coworker
