Why does this girl hate me so much?

We work at separate parts of the building so we rarely see each other. There came a time where I met her and talked to her for a bit, nothing serious, but a month later our work has been putting us near each other a lot, and whenever she’s around me she’s being rude saying stuff like “ur always in my way” or she will walk Into me and say “why are you following me” or “why do you keep trying to follow me” when i accidentally cross paths with her. Its not like I walk into where she’s at, she will literally walk into where im working and say “are you following me?” I joked around about it cause i thought she was joking and proceeded to ask her for her name and she just kept telling me “dont worry about it” but i gave her my name and moved on. Anyway i saw her the other day and she did the same thing “why do u keep trying to follow me” and this time i just ignored her and kept walking. We now dont talk to each other at all at work and I know this isn't a big deal or anything, but im just curious why does she hate me so much?

I think U did nothing wrong, she seems like quiet a nasty and mean woman, or maybe she has some prejudices but that's her problem, not yours. You don't need to blamed yourself or try to figure out what's your problem. If I were you I would just try to keep distance with her and avoid to greeting her, if we must talk I would be as polite as possible and only talk about work, for extra small talk or chat I would try to avoid. Women sometimes can be very mean for only a little tiny things or for some misunderstanding they could blame others for ages, there is point to find the solution, let the biatch to be the biatch.

If I were you I’d either ask her myself so that we can clear the air and squash all that, or go to HR/management/whoever is in charge and file a complaint so that they can either speak with her or help you two settle it. Hostility, bullying, etc doesn’t belong in the workplace, and if you’ve done nothing to this woman and she’s just being rude for no reason then that’s not ok. Maybe she has things not going good in her personal life but she has to leave that at the door, get her job done then pick her shit back up when she leaves for the day if she’s really set on being negative.
