When you look just over the surface, this is what you see. But deep down, women need to earn more value than men. Because, when in groups, men tend to support each other, and women tend to think for themselves. I have seen this happen.

I was talking with a guy recently. He is working as a backend web developer in a product-based company. He said women/girls are there in the company, but the company does not allow them to go to higher posts. Mainly because of the risk they pose.

One bad news is that the whole media focuses on the company, and not in a good way. Plus, there are maternity leaves, certain restrictions with girls, and all other things.

So yes, I would say, women are valued from their birth, but only from nature's perspective. When it comes to corporate, I see even the top female executives do not prefer female employees because of their problems.

This is the price, I think many women need to pay, even when they are quite compatible with the job.

Generalization is a bane in everybody's progress, it seems.

I disagree we all earn our value though our thoughts, and actions... just some don't accept that their thoughts and actions actually devalue who they are... even if they are in denial about it and they think society make it okay to be who they "THINK" or "WANT" to believe they are what they are not.

I think of it as two different grading systems for students in middle school or secondary school. Some teachers start you off at 40% and make you work your way to an A+ by proving your commitment to the class and other teachers start you off at 100% and deduct grades from your perfect A++ every time you make a certain number of mistakes. Men work to earn their value and woman work to maintain their value. There was a woman over 70 who looked like a 15 year old girl but she worked like a dog in a rigorous exercise and income earning schedule to maintain her unusual beauty and to get the money she needed for health treatments and nutritious food so she could maintain her beauty in old age.

Traditionally it is like that, and this role division is still predominant in Western society. However, a significant minority is living differently.
For sure, many women are going for a strong career and they have professional achievements same as men. Some few of them then go for men who convince mainly by their physical appearance and natural personality, for example that they want kids and would look after them.
Some successful women here in Geneva, Switzerland, import men from far-off countries, and many of those men certainly look like they have a lot of value naturally already. They also tend to be younger.

I'm assuming you're talking about sexual and dating value, as that is your area. Literal dollar and cents value men and women have to work up the same, depending on country, region, corporation and edi policies. For dating, yeah, women have a set starting value based on looks that they can only depreciate on based on sleeping around, diet and exercise going forwards, and ideology.
Men start with looks that become less important mid 20's onwards (height doesn't change though), then ambition, discipline, exercise, and the income you generate become much more important. Most women don't care about your ideology as they assume you agree with theirs. A lot of women complain about the lack of good guys, a lot of guys quit the game before they start because they lack ambition, discipline, and realize they'll never get a 3d girl like their 2d ones.

Disagree , because the really wealthy of both genders are born with it , some men have been presented however with much greater opportunities to create , just as Warren Buffet says " 51% of the population were excluded for a very long time "

I think there are a very select number of women that this would apply. Most women I know (even if they are truly gorgeous) still have a job and work at home too.

The women you refer to likely came from a wealthy family and married into a wealthy family. In that scenario, though, the same thing could be said about their husband being born into it.

The two women I am thinking of, are school teachers and are the breadwinners in their family.

Not entirely. Being born with a vagina certainly gives inherent value but some women do significant value add from that starting point and a few don't.

Similarly some men earn their their value and others don't take any effort.

Certainly women derive most value from their gender. Everybody loves boobs - even gay guys. They might not be so keen on vaginas but everybody else is.

Men earn value, women are born with perceived value (that they don't have to earn until they get older). Hence why most women can only judge a mans perceived value, and are clueless about judging his actual value.

Socially, it does sometimes seem that woman must "earn it," so I see where you're coming from. But I still disagree. Society's rules should determine humanity's value..

Not entirely true. Height is genetic and women are obsessed with it. Wealth can be inherited or earned. Women just want wealth, they don’t care if you’re a drug dealer, they’ll turn a blind eye towards how you got it.
