Why? Because the power you’d have over her turns your on? Because you love the fact that she couldn’t leave you even you cheated, abused her or otherwise mistreated her? Either way it’s a huge red flag that you’d only date someone if she was dependant on you. And no, in todays society were ”until death do us part” is really ”until I get bored or annoyed by you” I can’t depend on a man. Too many lie, cheat, are lazy bums who do nothing at home, are emotionally abusive etc. There is no way that O would put myself in a situation were I’d basically be on the streets if he decides to leave me or not be able to leave him if he turns into an asshole. Too many men, and women too but that’s another story, aren’t trustworthy enough for it to make sense to put my whole life in one of their hands. No way.

Yes, but it dosent mean u should. Women need to be able to take care of themselves and be independent. Should not rely on their partner 100%

I like to be indipendent and have a job but at the same time let's say we will get a family i would love to be able to depend on my man, or at least to trust he can provide for us and let us be stable. As a woman I love the feeling of being protected and supported from my man.

Dating someone is early in any relationship and for her to give up that quickly in a dating phase is too quickly. Once you’ve established mutually that you’ll be together for some time, then the vulnerabilities unravel- but to want that to happen so quickly… is silly and a good woman will sense that toxicity and not give it. If that’s what you so desire in the dating period, then you may want to do some solo soul searching
