Some girls are players. Simply ignore them. They will manipulate you by giving false hopes and will reject you when you approach them. These kind of girls are players. You don't need to get depressed over it but understand that she was a player and be happy that you found out her true colours instead of getting heartbroken, which exactly she wants you to, to break your heart

HRs are habituated to reject people as they reject job seekers often. You need to be extra special to get their acceptance. They act great and lovely but still reject the job seeker if they think the job seeker is too ordinary, even though they reject politely, they only seek to select extraordinary job seekers. Same way she did to you. Make yourself more than ordinary to get acceptance from your HR
