I'll go on one or two dates, then it's oh i'm not in the right mindset right now to be dating, work is crazy right now. They don't put in any effort and literally make themselves look like idiots when they say this. Just say you aren't interested, sorry I'm not the holy grail you were searching for, but hey go waste some other guys time if one date is all the effort you care to put into me. Opinions? I don't mean to sound so pessimistic, but multiply this by 200 occurances over 8 years or so where it's the same excuse from every girl and you would understand.

I know a guy that got rejected by 500 girls and another that got rejected by 1200 girls. If you chase 8 girls for 12 years, you would get the same result as chasing 1200 girls for 2 days each. My point is, it requires effort unless you work very hard on yourself or date people that are not popular with other guys. I had to work extremely hard to become a decent person cause I was an egomaniac and villain when I first encountered God. Everyone has to work hard for love because this life is a test, but friends are free if you need emotional support.
Not being in the mindset is much different than not interested.
So why do they try and date in the first place?
Maybe her period is arriving next week, or she has a lot to juggle at home or some family stuff needs prioritizing.
It’s not like “I’m gonna go date a guy and that’s that”. Women don’t all date for a thing to do in their free time.
I think it's how they say they aren't interested. They just beat around the bush instead of just being straight up about it.
Perhaps they’re aren’t interested in your style of perspective
Maybe there is more to it than me just assuming it's me all the time. I don't know, but it's a commone theme where we go on a date and then after a couple dates, suddenly they don't see me in a romantic fashion when I ask about a 3rd date. The funny thing is, I almost always get a 2nd date.
And what is a romantic fashion? You expect such by then?
Uh, that's what baffles me about this whole thing. All I asked for was another date, where does I don't see you in a romantic way even come from after only two dates? That's what i'm saying, they don't put in any effort! Just go with the flow, half the time I don't even know what I think about a woman after two dates.
She must have trusted her sense.
Also lots of women don’t “go with flow”. A man that knows what he wants is far more enjoyable than a man that flows about.
I didn't mean it like that. I like to think of it as an adventure. Let's see where things lead. etc. You don't have to learn everything about a person the first couple dates. Let things happen naturally.
