Do men fall in love easily?

The men I dated told me he loved me after 4th date and soon I broke up and he moved on pretty easily though…

Now my friend has been dating a guy for 2 months and has been on 5 dates with him, they live in different cities. This guy told her he loves her and she believed, because she is super gorgeous and is very sweet, bubbly and flirty in relationships.

I wonder though, do men really fall so easily?

If he told you he loves you after only the 4th date he clearly doesn’t know love and needs to understand what it is, i think that men do indeed fall easier but it certainly isn’t all roses and i think that women fall much different and deeper then we do over time. PS: Just because a man says “i love you” doesn’t necessarily mean that he “love” loves you, we tend to confuse lust for love a bunch and it’s unconsciously in the manner that we want to put you at ease and not hurt your feelings. (Granted you have fuckboys out there who do it on purpose and they’re assholes for doing so)

He should instead be saying “I’m attracted to you” as that would accurately describe it, but saying “i love you” is simply so much deeper and pleasing to a woman and men know that and use it for that exact reason.

I can only speak for myself but I originally fell in love so easily. Just a girl saying my drawing was nice in high school, even the girl everyone else said was ugly, made me fall for her. I imagined her naked and having sex with her but also just talking to her.

But after a few heartbreaks my heart become like stone even by my 20s. There is no heart left. I pretend to have one. Then I don't fall in love easily at all. I found the reverse with women falling in love with me and saying "I love you" too fast and I don't know what to do with it. I usually started distancing myself from them. Maybe I didn't wanna be hurt by this; I don't know. Mostly I think I just became a horndog.

They can.. but I think they just confuse lust for love most of the time. I met this guy hung out/made out with him once (he was hot). He told me he loved me. I said you can't we don't know each other.. we parted ways, I finally told him to fuck off after 6 months of him hitting me up but with no plans to date. So does he love me/did he love me? absolutely not it was lust 100%.
Same as my friend he told me he loved me when we met up again after 10 years.. but 3 months later said I love you but I'm not IN love with you.. He just said it because he wanted to fuck me.. luckily I never did.. but that crap went on for 8 months because I actually loved him tho..

Men confuse lust with love a lot, we don’t always say it to manipulate you but we certainly do it unconsciously and do it to put you at ease. A dick move definitely towards a woman if done on purpose as such a gesture is deep definitively

I'll be very honest... yes, we guys fall in love easily, at least we think we do. Sometimes, we confuse lust for love, but lust can grow into true love... sometimes.

Yes. It's a thing. Men feel love before women do. I guess it is easier for us and that was the point of the article I read on this several years ago. A pretty face, a decent body, a sweet co-operative attitude. What more do we want? Sex obviously - maybe he is getting it by 5 dates maybe not.

Girls seem to have long lists of requirements to check off first. So it is going to take longer.

The word love is misused so often.


Real love isn’t that fickle.


Many men (and people in general) use the phrase ‘I love you’ when they should be using:
* I like you.
* I really like you.
* l’m attracted to you.
* I feel really good around you.
* I want to have sex with you.
* Etc.


Assess someone’s ‘love’ by their actions rather than their words. Only then can you really know what their ‘love’ actually is and whether or not it is real.

I can't imagine why men would fall more easily in love than women. However, I have noticed a lot of guys apparently will say that they love a girl extremely quickly. Personally I think they're either out of their god damn mind, lying, or playing really fast and loose with the meaning of that word.

Men confuse lust with love, though lust will eventually turn into love when enough time is given. I do think that men fall easier, but it’s pretty complicated to explain. In my experience men will fall faster and harder at first but women will create deeper spiritual connections over time and will truly attach to a man like a rock if she loves him.
